What are my responsibilities?
- Organizing events/courses for academy and university relations.
- Handle all administrative work (booking, registration, course logistics…. Etc.).
- Internal and external instructors’ coordination.
- Prepare all documentation and material used for courses.
- Academy Data Base management.
- Data Base marketing analysis (In-vivo): installed base monitor (contract renewals, ageing and opportunities), prepare forecast reporting.
- Service sales operations (In-vivo and In-vitro); shareville administration, offer finalization and internal aligning, contract administrative process (Contract finalization, Correspondences, archiving and internal aligning).
- Responsible for tender documentation preparing, which include: buying tender documents, issuing bid bond/LG, prepare required documents, finalizing contract process till signature.
- CS digitalization portfolio (In-vivo and In-vitro): prepare marketing collaterals, prepare internal process for customer digitalization launching.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 2-3 Years of experience in training and education programs and events, and training operations.
- Experience in contracts and offers for tenders is preferable.
- High level of communication skills.
