Assistant Manager At HSBC Bank FULL TIME
Job description
Maintains effective controls for all the entity payments & expenditure(account payable)
Ensures accurate journal entries and data entry into accounting systems
Ensures effective bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring & petty cash management
Accurate Fixed Asset register, management & monitoring
Preparation of month-end closing and reconciliations
Prepares balance sheet schedule
Accountable for Accounts Receivable monitoring, accounting and controls
Preparation of MI which includes aging analysis and invoicing
Job Requirements

Commerce graduates only are eligible in applying.
Good knowledge of accounting ERP systems .
Good knowledge of computer skills (Word, Excel).
2 – 4 years of experience in relative position.Ability to work under pressure and overtime.
