Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
-0-2 years of experience in the sales field
-Highly developed ability of analyzing, planning, organizing, problem solving, influencing, and networking techniques.
-Communication and presentation skills.
Job Description:
-Prepare and follow up on sales orders for distributors from Nestle to distributors on monthly basis as well sales out.
-Make sure that the distributor is compliant with Nestle principles policies and WHO code.
-Monitor the implementation of the desired distribution targets of products including NPDs as per the management’s instructions.
-Constantly review competitive activities at the marketplace and report them to the management.
-Handle distributors/customers’ complaints and objections
