Customer Service Support Agent
Job Description :
- Handle the master data of customers and materials on the system
- Issue the Department reports and OTC (Order to Cash) reports
- Support the FO team in creating new customers and follow up on their creation
- Receive invoices and register new customers on the system as well as update data of existing customers
Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any relevant study
- 0-2 years' of experience
- Fluent French and English speaker
- Availability to work on Fridays and extra working hours
- Strong communication skills
