Audit Specialist
Main duties:
1. Develop a strategic and risk-oriented annual audit plan based on risk assessment.
2. Organize, participate in operations, finance, investment and departure auditing projects in accordance with the internal audit framework system; be responsible for the planning, execution, schedule management, business coordination, work paper review and project result report of the audit project; and in the auditing standards and auditing Provide expert advice on methods, business needs analysis, and information technology.
3. Organize and improve the audit methods, procedures and systems of the department.
4. As a business partner of the management, assist the management to strengthen risk management, improve internal control and improve operational efficiency by providing effective audit recommendations and training.
5. Plan, assign, and manage the day-to-day work of other auditors; provide on-the-job training and coaching to external auditors.
6. Maintain good daily communication with the business department.
7. Coordinate internal and external auditing and communication with the regulatory authorities.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the department.
