Commercial & Legal Manager
Requirement
- University degree in Business/Finance , Political Science , Engineering , Science (Geology - Chemistry etc.) or Law
- Gained experience and received specialized training in petroleum industry agreements (i.e Concession Agreements, Joint Operating Agreements, Gas Sales Agreements, Gas Transport & Processing Agreements, Sales Purchase Agreements, Shareholder Agreements), Portfolio & Asset Management / Acquisitions, Conflict Management, Negotiating Techniques.
- Fluency in English & Arabic / French is a PLUS
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial function (Last 5 years at managerial level is a must)
- Package includes: 60,000 EGP ++ + Allowances + insurances
