o Working on known HCM system, preferably SAP system
o Excellent knowledge of labor law requirements, social insurance & sanctions procedures.
o Initiative thinking, customer service oriented, analytical o Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
o Maintain excellent team work spirit.
o Ability to organize and prioritize work flow
o Ability to manage & complete multiple tasks within deadlines
