Accountant Receivable required for Lava International
Job Code: AR. Age Max :29 years. Gender: Male. Work location: Sheraton El-Matar. Requirements: •Posts customer payments by recording all type transactions to Clients. •Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. •Maintains records by Filling all Clients debits, and credits transactions. •Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions and from customers; •Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries. •Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating with relevant department. •Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report. •Receive & review Distributors payout and confirm all received claims are matching pre-defined agreements, post Distributors claims to SAP system. •Experience from 2-4 years. •English must be very good at least.
