Junior Accountant is needed for German University in Cairo
Job Category Accounting, Finance Job Type Full Time Job Level Junior Description 1- Handle accounts payable & vendors inquiries. 2- Perform variety of accounting tasks including business trip budget controlling & reimbursement process, daily banking activity, transactions. 3- Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. 4- Process ledger and booking entries according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner. 5- Performs other duties as assigned. 6- Filing Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce. Minimum years of Experience 1-2 (Payable Accounting Section). Gender Any Car owner Any Education major Accounting/ English Experience 1 - 2 Years. Other Skills 1. Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, and revise standards and practices. 2. Demonstrated knowledge of cost and budgeting principles. 3. Demonstrated high degree of analytical ability. 4. Ability to use personal computer with Word, Excel, and computerized accounting software. Experience with Oracle accounting software is preferred. 5. Ability to independently plan, organizes, and coordinates work to meet deadlines and accommodate changing priorities. 6. Ability to design, analyzes, and prepares financial reports. 7. Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form. 8. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and support business interests through the exercise of sound judgment and discretion. 9.
