Treasury Support Officer
JOB PURPOSE
Ensure staff adherence to Product Program, P&P and operational risk framework
Managing and handling Treasury Support Unit operations
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Authorize all ALM, Trading desk deals on Treasury Front Office system after reviewing (SUNGARD)
Book and upload all TRMS deals into Treasury Front Office system after reviewing (SUNGARD) in a timely manner
Monitors daily currency positions in a real time manner in coordination with Trading desk
Monitors Nostros balances in a real time manner in coordination with TMO
Monitors Cash Flows in a real time manner / parallel with ALM desk
Check and monitors treasury’s transactions against source documents and ensure accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Academic and professional qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant degree on a full-time program from a recognized university.
Professional qualifications in a related field, is a plus.
Years of experience:
G15 0-2 years of experience in banking or relevant functional experience in another industry.
G16 2-4 years of experience in banking or relevant functional experience in another industry.
Generic Skills
Islamic banking and systems implementations
Very good computer skills.
Fluency in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
