Travco Properties Real Estate Company is hiring now Lawyer .
Education: Bachelor Degree in Law – English Section
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in experience in legal affairs in real estate field is preferred.
Main Job duties:
• Follow up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the company activity
• Draft legal opinions and legal researches.
• Conduct legal research in different fields of the law and communicating with other functions to amend contracts and agreements.
• Draft bilingual contracts, agreements any legal documents, etc….
• Draft Minutes of the BOD and GAM.
• Answer all departments’ requests regarding any legal issues.
• Revise and manage various types of agreements and terms and conditions for different transactions including but not limited to management agreements, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, partnership agreements, legal settlement agreements, and service agreements.
• Deal with official authorities.
