Egypt Foods is looking for a Lawyer with minimum two years of experience in contracts.
Job Responsibilities
Advice, develop, review, negotiate and conclude all contractual dealings with joint venture partners, contractors and financiers ensuring Company's interests are well protected with maximum value impact to the Company
When required, act as the Company's Secretary and provide secretarial services to joint venture companies in which company has interests, ensuring corporate governance practices and regulatory compliances in all aspects of business.
