Coca Cola Atlantic - CPS is looking for Customer Service Specialist (CS - Supply Chain)
working in the Customer Relation Management Department, supporting the CS Manager in coordinating daily routines and activities of the CS Team, managing interns, providing support by conducting 121’s with the CS Ops associates and preparing input for performance reviews on a monthly basis. They will provide detailed feedback to the appropriate CS manager for the area within an agreed time frame to align with the performance enablement deadlines. Additionally, they will support the CS managers in building team capability and fostering an environment where the use of OE tools are inherent in our routines and practices. This position will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of CS world class business processes and supporting metrics across our Shared Services Organization . Min. education level :- - University/Bachelor degree in a Supply Chain or Business discipline.
