Treasury Accountant at Palm Hills
Location: Smart Village
Job Description:
•Monitor the cash transactions of Palm Hills Developments on daily basis.
•Analyze daily bank’s statements and reflect debt and credit transactions on department’s data base register
•Handle the day to day operation with financial institutions through monitoring the implementation of cash transactions
•Process all cash transactions related to deposits, withdrawals & foreign currency exchanges in line with business needs.
•Report any cash shortage or surplus to the Senior Supervisor for Treasury.
•Review bank reconciliations and resolve unreconciled items for end of month closing.
•Monitor and process Palm Hills Developments portfolio of checks according to the approved guidelines to insure no delay in collection and control.
•Review the position of postdated checks and insure its compliance with the agreed upon terms and condition with banks.
Job Requirements:
•Proficient in using Microsoft Office
•Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
•Excellent communication & analytical skills
•Well-organized and reliable
•Familiar with ERP System (Oracle) is a plus.
•Ability to work under pressure•0-3 years of experience
