EG Bank Is Hiring Customer Relation Officer and Tellers
Customer Relation Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies customer needs and fulfils it with proper bank’s products or services
- Handles customers’ requests/inquiries related to their accounts, products and services in a professional manner and serves all customers regardless of segment up to the level of their full satisfaction
- Promotes and sells the bank’s products and services to achieve the yearly set targets
- Uses cross-selling techniques with EGBANK existing customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree Preferred in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting with minimum Accumulative Graduation Grade should be Good.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong orientation for sales and services
- Problem solving skills
Fresh University Graduates ( Cairo & Alexandria Residents)
Tellers RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes all counter transactions in an efficient and organized manner.
- Handles customers’ cash requests and general inquiries in a professional manner, and refer them to the concerned parties whenever needed
- Identifies any potential selling opportunity and refers it to the concerned parties
- Handles efficiently custody items, and keys as per custodian matrix and relevant policies and procedures
- Adhere to Branch Operating Model
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree Preferred in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting with minimum Accumulative Graduation Grade should be Good.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent cross selling skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to distinguish counterfeit money from genuine money
