Junior Service desk is needed for El Sabaa group located in Kattamiya Qualification and responsibilities: • Bachelor Degree • 1 - 3 years’ experience • Perfect MS Excel is necessary (Pivot tables – Vlookup) • Punctual & Accurate. • Organized & presentable. • Good command of English • Female only Responsibilities: 1. To provide technical support within a skilled Help Desk function: 2. to analyses & resolve IT incidents with a varying degree of complexity 3. To maintain system performance across the authority’s IT estate • Assist with access control configuration to 500+ users across the partnership 4. Determine the priority of incidents with users/Service Desk Team Leader 5. To maintain security of the IT assets and the safety, confidentially and integrity of data held within computer systems 6. To provide support to the telephony system 7. To update the inventory of computer assets & software licenses Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required from time to time.
